About Us
Solevo Kitchen + Social will be bringing authentic, old school Italian cuisine and classic
cocktails to the corner of Phila and Henry streets in downtown Saratoga Springs this
September. The menu will pay homage to the recipes passed down through the Solevo
family’s generations of Southern Italian chefs and restaurant owners. Expect old world
authentic cooking, red sauce dishes done right, house made pastas, prime steaks, fresh
seafood and an ice cold martini.
