Training & Development Coordinator
Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $95,000.00 annually
Job Summary:
The Training and Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating the employee education and development function within DDC, with an emphasis on the new employee onboarding experience, as well as coordinating ongoing organizational initiatives that enhance employee growth, engagement, and performance.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Organizational Development or related field, or equivalent experience and education.
- Minimum 3 years of Training/Organizational Development experience
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to present material to large audiences (more than 50 people)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Ability to develop and execute programs
- Proficiency with MS Office
Work Shift Requirements:
- Ability to work additional hours, as needed to accommodate various employee schedules.
- Must speak to supervisor at least two (2) hours before the scheduled start of their scheduled shift, when calling in sick. Voicemails or e-mail messages are not acceptable replacements.
- Comply with all company policies related to DeCrescente issued uniforms, safety footwear, and required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Use and maintenance of company-issued equipment.
Environment & Physical Demands
- Promote and actively support a culture of safety by adhering to all OSHA regulations, DOT regulations, SLA, company policies, and established safe work practices.
- Notify Safety Officer and their Supervisor immediately (no later than 1 hour) and file a report immediately for all on- the-job accidents or injuries.
- Ability to lift 20-30 lbs.
- Able to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, squat, bend, twist, reach, balance, grasp.
This position requires a valid driver’s license and is subject to a pre-employment background check.
