Executive Assistant
RISE Housing and Support Services has an opportunity for a highly organized, proactive, and driven individual to join our agency as our Executive Assistant.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being organized, keeping track of details, and making sure things get done. The right person for this role is someone who naturally follows up, follows through, remembers the details others may overlook, and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a fast-paced position supporting our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). You’ll need to be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, shifting gears quickly, managing competing deadlines, and keeping yourself—and others—on track. If you are the type of person who likes a good to-do list, knows what needs to happen next, is comfortable with technology, and gets satisfaction from checking things off and seeing projects through to completion, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.
