#healthysaratoga Twin Bridges Lunchtime Employee Wellness Walk

Local employers and their employees are invited to participate in this one-mile walk to help celebrate National Employee Wellness Month. The walk will go from the Clifton Park – Halfmoon EMS facility to Cracker Barrel and back. This location and route allows walkers to proceed at their own pace and to walk in both Clifton Park and Halfmoon. We will provide a light healthy lunch and snacks. In addition, attendees will be entered in to win a health and wellness prize, which includes: A one year membership to the Capital District YMCA (Clifton Park location), donated by the Southern Saratoga Regional YMCA; wine basket, provided by Captain Youth & Family Services and a gift basket, provided by Saratoga National Bank & Trust Company. The cost to participate is $5 per person.
