About Us

PennyDot serves primarily Washington County, Rensselaer County, Saratoga County, as well as Warren County. We have also done many transactions in Albany, and Columbia Counties. PennyDot Realty is located in southern Washington County, and has been a leading seller of real estate for over 18 years, both with Leon Barkley Real Estate and then as PennyDot Realty.

Our Team has expanded to 6 licensed realtors. Our Team of Agents work with integrity and know all aspects of real estate, keeping our customers' needs at the forefront of all transactions.

Our communities are very important to us as our roots go deep. We work hard to lead the area in transactions and have achieved the "Best of Washington County" for 3 consecutive years. We have earned the distinction of recently being recognized by the Women's Council for Realtors as being in the top 10% for listings in the Global MLS in 2024.
